O miles, Clear title, 98% Construction Complete
New 96 cubic inch S&S engine. New S&S Super G Carb. Engine primary: all Harley Davidson. New timing chain. Paugho Rigid Painted Frame. Wheels: inverted front end and brakes from a Suzuki GSXR 750. Front end re-sprung to suit by local authorized Race Tech shop in Phoenix area. 17"Suzuki cast wheels powder coated. Lower triple tree is GSXR. New stem maded to suit Paugho steering neck. Upper triple tree is custom made from scratch to mount headlamp bucket and fit to Suzuki forks. Harley handlebar risers, handlebar, tachometer, controls and grips. Headlamp bucket needs rechroming to cover old bezel mounting bracket and to clean up securing bolts to bracket on upper triple tree. Seat is custom with alloy pan and new upholstery. Jay-Brake lower controls. Special oil tank drain fitting and tube allows oil replacement without spilling oil below. Dyna 2000i Ignition. Super "G" carb. Custom oil tank. Hydraulic and oil lines are made of braided stainless steel. Gold plated battery cables for decreased resistance. Custom sided powder coated side stand gets out of the way and tucks in nicely without sacrificing clearance. Engine to ground clearance of about 4 inches. Pipes: hot paint black custom made with internal baffles. Sound is healthy but not obnoxious. Custom made rear alloy grab handle. Tires: new Dunlop D208, 120/70/17 front, 180/55/17 rear. Jim's five speed gearbox. Harley Davidson primaries. Five gallon Stretch Tanks. Bike comes with free Battery Tender
The larger 113” S&S engine sounds good at the bar but has a bad rep for longevity. The 96 inch motor is better built and lasts longer.
